Villa Broner

Situated on a hill and surrounded by nature, this mid-century modern house was constructed by renowned Bauhaus architect Erwin Broner. Known as ‘The Schillinger House’, it was published in D’A Architecture’s printed Erwin Broner monography (2006).
Nice views over the old town, sea and mountains are highlighted by Erwin Broner’s slick lines and frame-like openings in the façade, much like James Turrell uses nature as a canvas and frames it with his constructions.
In his role as an architect, Broner was adept at combining traditional Ibizan architecture with modern elements.
The house went through a complete renovation in 2015 true to its original design. Its half-levels layout including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en- suite), 2 living rooms, complete kitchen, 2 separate terraces and gardens around the house give the opportunity to enjoy the quietness of the scenery as much as social times.
In the exterior there is also a very small plunge pool (3×2 m) and a shower. It has safe and standing fan in each bedroom.
